The First Vice President of the Sovereign Council, the Commander in Chief of the Rapid Support Forces, 1st Lt. Gen. Mohammed Hamdan Daglo renewed his call for the effective Sudanese political forces to sign a code of ethics to include military and civilian leaders to protect the transitional period.
He said, while addressing the ceremony of graduating the 8th batch of the Rapid Support Forces which took place at the stadium of the Military College, that the most important duty of the Sudanese Armed Forces and the Rapid Support Forces is to protect the democratic process in the country towards a free election in which the people vote in free will.
No doubt the call of the First Vice President of the Sovereign Council for signing a code of ethics to protect the transitional period reflects his belief that the crises facing the country could not be overcome without reconciliation amid the components of the Sudanese people.
Daglo’s call is the same prescription recommended by most of the experts, political analysts, considering that the polarization status which the country is witnessing among the components of the Sudanese people has affected negatively the progress and contributed in the escalations of the crises.

Political analyst, Dr. Al-Rasheed Mohammed Ibrahim stated to the rapid Support Forces electronic Information Department, that the call of the 1st Lt. Gen. Daglo for the signature of a national code of ethics translates the goals of the revolution considering that the revolutions should unite the people.
Ibrahim called for considering the importance of supporting the policies of the transitional government.
He affirmed that the national unity and accord could achieve the aspirations of the people, adding that all components should agree on a national cod of ethics to protect the transitional period.
Commitment to the Cod of Ethics
Political expert and analyst, Abdul Rahman Abu Khiris told the RSF Electronic Information Department that the signature of the Constitutional Document between the military and civilian components will bring them out of the current crisis, affirming that what controls the proposed code of ethics is the Constitutional Document.
He commended the call of Daglo considering that the latter wants all the parties to commit to what was agreed on previously.
Daglo Heads to Cairo upon Invitation from Egyptian President
First Vice President of the Sovereign Council, 1st lt. Gen. Mohammed Hamdan Daglo departed to Cairo in an official visit upon an invitation from the Egyptian President, Abdul Fatah Al-Sisi.
He was seen off by member of the Sovereign Council, Lt.Gen. Ibrahim Jabir and several ministers and officials.
Daglo will discuss during the visit the course of the bilateral relations and boosting the cooperation between the two countries in all aspects besides issues of joint interests.
Daglo: The Obstacles Hindering the Comprehensive Peace Are Vanishing:
First Vice President of the Sovereign Council, Commander-in-Chief of the rapid Support Forces, 1st Lt. Gen. Mohammed Hamdan Daglo affirmed that the Sudanese peace talks which are taking place in Juba is going on in an ideal manner, adding that all the obstacles facing achieving a comprehensive peace are vanishing.
He called on, while receiving the local leaders of Darfur states, all the Sudanese to work for the unification of ranks and concentrate on building the Sudanese nation.
For his part, representative of the Darfur local leaders, Chieftain Mahmoud Musa Ibrahim Madibu said that they had received an invitation from the First Vice President to discuss the situations all over the country in general and in Darfur in particular especially in terms of supporting unification of the ranks to achieve peace and stability in Darfur states.
Madibu expressed appreciation to the 1st Vice President of the Sovereign Council for his continuous support and contacts with the local administrations of Darfur states.
Mass Rallies in Port Sudan Receive Rapid Support Forces Support Convoy
Port Sudan, the capital city of the Red Sea State, received a battalion from the Rapid Support Forces to support the security system in the city after the signature of the reconciliation agreement following the tribal clashes.
The convoy was received by huge masses on the highway leading to the centre of Port Sudan city.
The Commander of the Red Sea Section, Colonel Osman Ali Abdul Magid said that the battalion arrived in Port Sudan upon the directives of the 1st Vice President of the Sovereign Council, Commander-in-chief of the rapid Support Forces, 1st Lt. Gen. Mohammed Hamdan Daglo to bring about control in the area after the recent tribal clashes, describing the troops as specialized in dealing with tribal conflicts and boosting the security and stability.
1st Vice President of the Sovereign Council Inaugurates Emergency Unit
Joint Project between the Rapid Support Forces and Health Ministry to Rehabilitate Hospitals
First Vic President of the Sovereign Council, 1st Lt. Gen. Mohammed Hamdan Daglo revealed a project to rehabilitate some hospitals in coordination with Ministry of Health in order to provide medical services to the citizens, directing paying more concern to the states through giving it priorities in medical services field.
He affirmed, while addressing the inauguration ceremony of Rapid Support Forces emergency unit in Shambat, his unlimited support to the medical directorate of the Rapid Support Forces.
He lauded the efforts of the medical directorate for establishing a unit with sophisticated specifications to accommodate big numbers of patients and provide the medical services through its qualified cadres in different departments.
For his part, the spokesperson of the Rapid Support Forces, Brigadier Jamal Addeen Juma’a, expressed admiration t the inauguration of Shambat medical compound.
Juma’a affirmed that the medical directorate represents an added value to the Rapid Support Forces considering that it can receive emergencies and critical cases along with dental services, hinting that such services were provided to the Rapid Support Forces by the Medical Corp and the General Intelligence hospitals.
First Vice President of the Sovereign Council Receives Official Invitation to Visit Congo
First Vice President of the Sovereign council, 1st Lt. gen. Mohammed Hamdan Daglo received in his office a high level delegation from the Republic of Congo headed by Ms Mary Notimba, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Congo, the Charge D’affaires and the advisor of the Congolese President.
The high level delegation handed an official invitation to the 1st Vice President to visit Congo.
The meeting discussed the bilateral relations between the two countries and the current events in the region in general.

The delegation condemned the aborted attempt of assassinating the Prime Minister Dr. Abdallah Hamdok.
RSF North Darfur Sector Commander Inspects the Voluntary Return Villages at Tawila Locality, Pledges to Respond to their Demands
The Commander of the Rapid Support Forces in North Darfur Sector, Brigadier Jida Hamdan Ahmed Abu Shouk inspected the voluntary return villages including Kunda, Tibra.
He was accompanied by representatives of the IDPs, civil society components and chieftains of the area.
Abu Shouk affirmed that importance of the voluntary return pointing out to the necessity of benefiting from it through boosting the peaceful coexistence.
He revealed the directives of the RSF Commander-in-Chief, 1st. Lt. Gen. Mohammed Hamdan Daglo to provide all possible support to the voluntary return villages.
Abu Shouk pledged to respond to all the demands of the returnees, advising them to pay more attention to education especially basic level schooling.
For his part, Chieftain Ahmed Haroun lauded the role of the Rapid Support Forces in providing security and stability in the country in general and in the voluntary return areas in particular.
He expressed appreciation to the First Vice President, Commander in Chief of the Rapid Support Forces, 1st Lt. Gen. Mohammed Hamdan Daglo for his support to the people of Darfur including the construction of development projects and protecting the agricultural season.
Women’s representative, Sadia Adam expressed appreciation to 1st Lt. gen. Daglo for his contribution in the change and availing the environment to achieve comprehensive peace.
