The Blockade Committee in Al-Baooda area in North Omdurman Rural Area has honored yesterday (Saturday) the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in appreciation to its efforts in supporting the floods-affected people.
For his part, RSF representative, Chief of Disasters and Crises Administration, Colonel Mohammed Siddiq Suleiman affirmed, while addressing the citizens of the area, that the RSF is part of the community and what it provided to the people is one of its essential duties.
He conveyed the greetings of the 1st Vice President of the Sovereign Council, Commander-in-Chief of the Rapid Support Forces, 1st Lt. Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo to the people of the area, affirming the support of the RSF to the services’ projects in North Omdurman Rural Area.
Meanwhile, the representative of the community in the area, Ahmed Abdul Rahman Mustafa appreciated the unforgettable role of the RSF in providing assistance to Al-Baooda village in North Omdurman Rural area, especially to the floods-affected citizens.
“The RSF staff have a strong will and their actions reflects their willingness in providing support and overcoming all the obstacles during the floods season” Mustafa said.
