Rapid Support Forces patrols harvest areas in north Darfur

The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) Civilian Protection Division has implemented a large-scale deployment and patrols plan including a number of agricultural areas in north Darfur state.
While addressing the RSF at Jogo Jogo Military Base, North Darfur Sector Commander, General Jedo Hamdan Ahmed “Abu-Nishouk” said that the deployment, patrols plan will contribute to maintain peace and stability in various localities, stressing the readiness of his forces to join the Civilian Protection Division, which was formed under Juba Peace Agreement.
Abu-Nishouk said that the RSF will also continue to patrol according to the state security committee instructions to secure north Darfur and agricultural harvest.
The RSF has been working hard to secure agricultural season, harvest since 2019, as directed by the transitional sovereignty council vice president, General Mohammed Hamdan Dagalo.
