Daglo and Kabashi Participate in Sudan Liberation Movement (Minnawi faction) 19th Anniversary

Sudan Liberation Movement (SLM) led by Mini Arko Minnawi (Juba office) organized a ceremony on the occasion of the 19th anniversary of the movement’s establishment. The ceremony was under the slogan (The vessel of liberation it heading towards peace. The ceremony took place in Niacorn cultural Centre in Juba. The ceremony was attended by 1st Vice President of the Sovereign Council, 1st. Lt. Gen. Mohammed Hamdan Daglo and member of the Sovereign Council, Lt. Gen. Shams Addeen Kabashi besides number of armed groups’ leaders and political leaders in Juba along with the memberships of the movement. 
In his address to the attendees Daglo said that the Sudanese government delegation came to Juba to achieve peace and equality among all the people of Sudan, pointing out that Sudan needs balanced development to include all regions, adding that all people are suffering from marginalization except the elites. He emphasized the importance of real development in all the areas of Sudan.
He affirmed that he will continue his efforts despite the efforts plots which he is facing from several parties, adding that he did not come to Juba to lift the suffering from those affected by wars and conflicts.
“We are not fearing or greedy, but we came to achieve peace without any agendas” Daglo affirmed.
For his part, the leader of Sudan Liberation Movement, Mini Arko Minnawi  said that this hall includes Daglo, Kabashi and himself, adding that they are all looking for peace as the only way out from its crisis, adding that we should all work with the comrades in the Forces of Freedom and Change to salvage the country.
Meanwhile, the advisor of South Sudan President for Security Affairs, Tut Galwak affirmed that peace is round the corner, pointing out that the President Salva Kiir pledged to achieve peace in Sudan, confirming that Sudan Liberation Movement (Al-Hilu Faction), led by Abdul Aziz Al-Hilu contacted the mediation to assure their no objection to negotiate peace with the Sudanese government delegation led by 1st Vice President of the Sovereign Council, 1st Lt. Gen. Mohammed Hamdan Daglo.
