1st Vice President of the Sovereign Council Meets Qatari Envoy

1st Vice President of the Sovereign Council, 1st Lt. Gen. Mohammed Hamdan Daglo met today in Juba with the special envoy of the Qatari government, Mutlaq Al-Qahtani who arrived today in Juba the capital city of South Sudan State in the presence of Tut Galwak the security advisor of South Sudan President Salva Kiir Mayardit, the chief of South Sudan Mediation.
The meeting tackled the peace talks between the Sudanese government and the armed groups besides Doha Peace Agreement for Darfur.
