The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) remained conducting its noble mission since the ignition of the glorious revolution of December in protecting the security of the citizens and their gains from the angle of its essential partnership in making the aspired change on the political reality.
The RSF played a significant role in preserving the will of the people to the extent that we can say that the RSF existence was one of the reasons of making the revolution a success. The RSF played enormous roles apart from bringing about control and achieving peace as it contributed considerably in easing the suffering of the citizens through launching several initiatives and dispatching health and integrated convoys to all parts of Sudan
The RSF participated by its commander in chief, who is at the same time the 1st Vice President of the Sovereign Council in confronting all the challenges ahead.
For example the RSF Commander in Chief and from his position as the 1st Vice President of the Sovereign Council put his significant imprint in achieving peace and managed to supervise a reconciliation between Nuba and Bani Amer tribes in eastern Sudan. He created a healthy environment that harmonized the talks between the Sudanese government and the armed struggle movements in Juba peace talks.
On the other hand, the political parties of the Forces of Freedom and Change (FFC) were not unified in their visions while the militarily component of the government is working in harmony.
The differences among the FFC components were apparent as it affected the performance of the executive body of the government; and at the same time it is recognized that the performance of the militarily component is perfect to some extent as they managed to achieve the aspired goals.
However, some hostile parties wanted to fish in the troubled waters through creating sedition within the militarily component. The plot started by targeting the RSF and its Commander in Chief, 1st Lt. gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo through airing the rumors and fabricated reports to stir up the public opinion against the RSF. But the RSF succeeded in surpassing the plots and continued working in complete neutrality to make the transitional period a success considering that the change in Sudan requires more patience and sacrifices.
